The combiner box is a product that connects the past and the future in the photovoltaic power generation system. There is a photovoltaic cell array in the front and an inverter in the back, so it is a very important product. Because the working conditions are outdoors, it has been attacked by rain and snow for a long time, and the working environment is very harsh.
Taking the DC combiner box as an example, it is mainly reflected in: in addition to the main functions of confluence and lightning protection, the collection of voltage, current and temperature and monitoring of working conditions, unbalance and failure alarms, data and transmission are also added.
Each power generation enterprise stipulates that the service life of photovoltaic power plants is 25 years. In its entire life cycle, there is no unified standard in the industry whether the components inside can withstand the test.
In order to grasp the operating status of photovoltaic module equipment, timely discover and eliminate equipment defects, prevent accidents, and ensure the completion of the power generation plan, equipment inspections should be done carefully.
1. Check that the components of the DC combiner box are normal without deformation, and the installation is firm and there is no looseness.
2. Check that the appearance of the DC combiner box is clean and free of dust, the equipment label is not falling off, and the writing on the equipment label is clear and accurate.
3. Check that the locks of the DC combiner box are in good condition and have good sealing performance.
4. When the DC combiner box is in normal operation, all fuses are put into operation, the acquisition board is in normal operation, and the lightning arresters and switches are all put into operation.
5. Check that each component has no abnormal phenomena such as overheating, odor, disconnection, etc., and that each electrical component is in the required state of operation.
6. The running indicator of the power module of the acquisition board is on, and all components are normal.
7. The lightning protection module has no breakdown phenomenon.
8. There is no obvious rupture of the insurance of each branch.
9. Check that the DC switch configuration of the DC combiner box is correct, there is no slippage, and the protection setting is correct.
10. Check that the indication of the data collector is normal, and the signal display is consistent with the actual working conditions.
11. The connection of the grounding wire of the DC combiner box is reliable; if it breaks or falls off, report it to the shift supervisor in time and deal with it.
12. Check that the incoming and outgoing cables of the DC combiner box are in good condition, and there is no discoloration, drop, looseness or disconnection.
Precautions when overhauling the combiner box:
1. When overhauling a branch of the combiner box, be sure to disconnect the circuit breaker first, then open the fuse box of the branch to be repaired, then close the circuit breaker, and then go to repair the collector. Remember not to unplug the M4 plug without disconnecting the DC circuit breaker, nor to directly open the fuse box without disconnecting the DC circuit breaker, so as to avoid life safety accidents.
2. When overhauling the combiner box, form a habit of tightening all the screws once. Be sure to pay attention to safety when tightening the screws to avoid touching the positive and negative terminals at the same time, or touching the positive and PE at the same time. wire or negative and PE wire.
